Pick Humans, Orcs or Wood Elves and play a full match against the AI. The rules live in one deterministic Rust simulation, shared by the browser client and headless runs.

The goal is narrow: open the game, pick a faction, play a full match against the AI, win or lose. Critics, references and benchmarks exist only to measure how good that game is.

All rules live in one Rust crate, compiled natively for headless runs and to WebAssembly for the browser. No floating point in simulation state, seeded randomness only, a fixed tick rate. Native and wasm builds must produce identical state hashes.

The client is Vite, TypeScript and three.js. It only draws snapshots from the simulation. Units and buildings are modelled in code, one style per faction; the third-party packs still in the game are placeholders being replaced.

The design bible is in French. Every point it leaves open became a numbered decision in a log, so it can be overruled quickly. Current data: 23 units, 20 structures, 3 maps.
