A real terminal with command blocks, tabs and split panes, running your own shell on a PTY. Type a sentence and Claude proposes the command. Lists GitLab merge requests.

Each pane runs your own shell on a real PTY, drawn with xterm.js. Aurora's own prompt handles input, with ghost autocomplete and history. Full-screen programs like vim and top take over the pane and give it back on exit.

Type plain language, for instance "undo my last commit", and it goes to Claude, which proposes a command you can run with Enter.

GitLab merge requests come from your local glab CLI. The Anthropic key sits in the macOS Keychain and never reaches the webview. The shell is Tauri 2 with a Rust backend and a React 19 front.

It was built from a design mockup, with design tokens ported as they were, and updates itself.
